The intellectual backbone of the HSP’s IT sector is it’s dense
clustering of Universities, which provide the human resources and
facilities for R&D. Hand in hand with these facilities are the vast
resources of the libraries in HSP. There are some 100 libraries in the
vicinity the most prominent of which are the National Library, Peking
University Library and Tsinghua Library.
