 Since April 1st
2001, the administration committee of Haidian Science Park has moved
on line. Informatization of government provided new applications for
information and network technologies and new market prospects for
network companies. On April 1st 2001, the e-government expands. It
means, from that day onwards, all works under every category of
governmental function must be done on line, so long as this category
of function is available online.At present,
5584 enterprises have joined the on line administration system.
The formal users of this system cover more than 95% of all enterprises
in the park. The system has been visited or inquired about
307,600 times by both business people in
and outside of the park. Average daily visits number 4000. So far we
have received 2517 various online business items and issued 718 CA
certificates.
Since Jan 1st 2001, the government has, through the on line
administration system, received and approved
1858 filings from enterprises. Among all these filings, 617
filings were applications to enter the park from domestically funded
new technology companies; 815 were annual checks and reviews of
domestically funded new technology companies; 100 were new technology
certification filings from foreign funded companies; 48 were
application to enter the park from foreign funded companies; 17 were
application to launch a project and 15 are contract and company
constitutions filings; 223 were new technology certification filings,
and 294 were filings about statement and review of revenues from
technologies. What is more, the system has initially achieved its
single form model and successfully received 4633 on line statistical
and fiscal forms. It also launched an on line tax statement on a trial
basis. In addition, the system has already performed initial
statistical and fiscal registration. The communist party, the trade
union and the youth league also carried out relevant activities.
