3. Pre-assessment of Chinese businesses setting up overseas branches.
4. Joint annual check-up on foreign funded enterprises.
5. Granting of the high-tech status of foreign funded enterprises.
6. Handling of other applications and declarations of member foreign businesses at HSP.
7. Coordination, service and management of member businesses both prior to and after entry.
8. Improvement of service and management by constantly enhancing the investment environment of the HSP.
